The only good thing about that visit was the company we were with. The gazpacho was without taste, all four of us ordered the Seafood Paella. Two plates served were the paella with meat and seafood and two plates with seafood only. When we told the waiter that this was not what we ordered, the owner came to the table and told us that we had ordered it this way! In addition, the rice was boiling hot and the seafood cold. We won't go back there.

disappointed after inflated NYT review. Emphasis on quantity over quality. Inattentive service Place looks worn even in too dim lighting Don't use this as a judge of Spanish food

NYT review "Dont Miss" should eliminate the first word. What would you expect from M H Reed. Plates are ugly. What they say the dish is isn't. Did you ever see a 3/4-1 lb quail?Service is unprofessional. Aside from this the dining room is pleasant if overcrowded.

Made my first visit last night for a pre-Valentine dinner. I'll never go back. 15 minutes after arriving I found a waiter to take our drink order. 10 minutes after that I had to ask for a menu. 30 minutes after ordering I asked about our tapas. A waiiter we flagged down said they were sent to another table. I don't know what the dried cod cakes were supposed to be like. Two were warm, two were cold. Everything was mushy. You get the point.

It's like dining in an old-fashioned dining room. Staff allows you to take your time and actually 'dine'.
