BYO keeps the price low. Turkish cuisine is a lovely twist on the mediterranean standards.

True Turkish cuisine in this diminutive "luncheonette" setting in downtown White Plains. The various kebabs and mezze are authentic and tasty. Great for lunch, dinner, or takeout.

The wonderful food and the considerate service go a long way to make up for the somewhat drab surroundings.

Good food but more expensive than you think.

What a find! Like eating in a lunchroom--but a lunchroom with great Turkish food, huge helpings, and a very accommodating staff. We landed here, almost by accident, when gathering for a high school reunion and as more and more of us assembled, they just kept pushing table together, smiling, and bringing out the food. They couldn't have been nicer and the food is delicious.

Stopped here after a Mamaroneck Ave. street fair, was happy I did. The food is different, but really good, filling, and delicious. I had takeout so not sure what the restaurant itself is like, but I recommend.

Small storefront, limited number of tables, very friendly staff, great Turkish dishes at very reasonable price --but no place to park in downtown White Plains

Delicious fast food, perfect before or after the movies. It's a tiny place but a welcome addition to Mamaroneck Ave. The owner is lovely, and service is caring. Those little lamb chops are delicious and so are the zucchini pancakes and the other mezzes. All they need is consistent business to expand, and happily, they seem to be packed most of the time.
