Recent improvements all around - food, decor and service; back to being the outstanding Indian it has been in the past; kudos to the new chef and mgmt; weekend/holiday buffets are unbeatable.

One word: buffet. That's the best bet. Go whenever they offer it for a variety of delicious Indian fare.
