the problem with Contes is the service, but actually it is all about the owner. generally if owner is so involved it's good, but not here; when tables are pushed at you without warning to make room for another party doesn't make the mediocre food spectactular. I

The fish is the freshest around. If you're in the mood for a quick bite, and you're craving fish, there's no other place to go.

Wonderful fresh seafood, prepared simply. Modest surroundings are sufficient. Service was fine. BYOB is a plus.
