I went yesterday, against my protests, for the second time. Entrees go for in the $40 per person range and drinks are $13 to $14 dollars. We had 8 people, 4 of which were teenages, and the bill (tip included) was $600!!! Bottom line is you pay a small fortune for a great view and low quality food. I prefer the Dolphin in Ynnkers with great food and Hudson River views for a much less expensive price. I agree with Zagat that the food is a 12.

view will cost your stomach. cheap (as in low quality) food but great location overlooking the beach.

A very scroungy restaurant, indoor and outdoor tables, lousy food, but right there on Oakland Beach in Rye overlooking Long Island Sound.

Beautiful view of the beach. Food is okay but one goes there just to sit by the ocean.

Very noisy place, the music drowns out your conversation. Would not go back. Food was surprisingly good.

I love this place during the outdoor months. The food is greasy but delicious. Service is just okay but sitting out on the patio overlooking the Long Island Sound on a warm evening makes it all okay.

Outside only. Inside is a little dated. Is right on the beach. Great view.
