The menu was most memorable for what they had run out of - on a Saturday night, no less. We sat for over an hour before getting our appetizers. A basket of rolls came with one roll that had been torn in 1/2 - clearly recycled from another table. Our leftovers were thrown out instead of brought to us to take home. One plus, we did enjoy a resonably priced bottle of wine. But other than that, this place is all promise and no follow-through.

By far one of the most pathetic restaurant experiences I've ever had. Two of us went on a Friday night at 6:00, and we were the only table there for over an hour, which was the first bad sign. Bread, served only upon request, was stale and served without plates. The service, or lack thereof, was inattentive. When our meal finally arrived, 45 minutes after ordering, it was totally inedible!

My wife and I found great food and atmosphere, while visiting family in NY, who recommended this spot. Try the crab cakes, excellent choice. Service was very good and the atmosphere reminded me of a couple of reasons why I miss the East Coast. Very friendly staff.
