One of the best Indian Restaurants in Westchester. A friend from Manhattan visits only if we eat at India House, which she believes is better than anything in Manhattan. Wait staff are always polite and attentive. Reserved but very friendly for regular customers.

With a scaled back decor due to the fire marshall's dislike for the hanging tapestry on the ceiling, this hidden gem provides reliable Indian food in a relaxed, comfortable neighborhood setting. Attentive, friendly service and marvelously complex Indian specialties. A calm, comfortable environment which allows talk and not necessarily hear every conversation. A nice weekend lunch buffet too.

Some of the best Indian food in all of Westchester. Been around a long time and the decor is faded but the food is always wonderful.

Often-surly wait staff and kitschy decor that hasn't changed in forever still won't keep us away. Bulletproof Indian cuisine, ranging from popular favorites to less-familiar yet traditional dishes. The only way to get better Indian food in north Westchester involves a long take-out trek to Manahttan.

Enjoyable small Indian restaurant serving the 'classics'. Has a solid local following, and the reasonably priced lunch buffet is a favorite in the area.

This place is good- if you don't order off their steam table all-you-can eat buffet. I used to visit often with my dad, who was not an adventurous eater "you eat-to-live, you don't live-to-eat" was his battle cry, but we always found something that he would gobble up there. I am a fan of Indian cooking, so this place is a no-brainer for me.

Typical Indian cuisine, unexceptional but consistently tasty and well-prepared dishes. Service is very helpful, especially for us non-aficionados.
