Following many visits over a two year period since my last Zagat report, I can still say the food is the most flavorable in Westchester. The service is efficient and pleasant from a wholesome group of young servers and the restaurant is lovingly watched over by the owners. The décor is elegant yet casual and has an open bright festive atmosphere. All of this leads me to believe Le Provencal is one of the most appealing restaurants in Westchester

Lunch on a slow Saturday in April. Excellent choices of the 16.95 lunch menu. Kids' menu appreciated. Love the nice collection of 1/2 bottles of wines at reasonable prices.

Very pleasant surroundings. Reasonable wine list . Standard 'continental' cuisine with good quality ingredients. Wide range of specials most nights. Service is OK but efficient rather than exceptional.

Very disappointing. Hot food served warm, cold food served warm too. Everything underseasoned - I never add salt at the table, but I had to here. Lovely room, great service, lousy food.

Very good neighborhood restaurant with a loyal clientele. Consistently good and dependable food. Great mussels, steak with pommes allumettes. Gotta have the lump crap meat salad. I had one of the best roast duck specials ever here.

We went there for Sunday Brunch and had the most pleasant experience. Despite several picky eaters and a toddler, the wait staff was extremely attentive, friendly and efficient. I am so glad to find such a wonderful spot for a relaxed Sunday brunch with excellent food. You can imagine my surprise at the super-low bill. Great food, service and in the budget - amazing!

Sophisticated, yet somehow unpretentious, an outstanding bistro atmosphere and menu. Escargot appetizer as good as any in Westchester

Now here is a really excellent French restaurant that often has interesting specials and always good food. The ambience is pleasant, as is the service. Try its all-you-can-eat mussels in a choice of sauces.
