The Price Fixe lunch is an excellent value. The decor and Hudson Reiver view are fabulous. I have to agree about the young women at the front reservation desk. They are not inviting and barely tolerant of your arrival. The waiters on the other hand, have always been professional and courteous.

You know you're going to pay alot when the website doesn't publish prices. The food and the service is okay--at best. Just give the girls at the front desk a stick of gum and the picture is complete. Who visited this place and used those gushing words in the main review? Hardly Fairy-tale or magical. This was once good restaurant that is now an expensive shadow of its former self.

Well I read the reviews and we have been to their other restaurant HARVEST ON THE POND in Montauk, it's really a toss up our service was very good, the food was good I really like the food delivery at Montauk better It;s family style and a very good amount of food for the price. The portions here were smaller, tasty the view was great. A little pricey for what you get. I didn't find the music if any loud so they must have truned the volumn down

Beautiful views of the Hudson are available at this restaurant, where you can sit outside along the river or inside the charming and massive interior that recalls an old boat-house. Excellent food and service.

Great place for lunch. Lovely setting. Reasonable lunch prices. I loved being on the Hudson River - so few places are.

If you want to impress someone, this is the place.By far the most romantic and scenic restaurant in Westchester County.Located on the east bank of the Hudson River it offers picturesque views of the Palisades and a floor to ceiling fireplace viewable anywhere in the main dining room.Take your martini out to the river and watch the sunset. The food remains TOP NOTCH.Good wine list.Excellent bar.You wont regret anything you order, including the bread.

This restaurant used to be top-notch. However, the service as of late has been horrendous. The food is okay, where in the past it was really the best! ONE OF THE MOST ANNOYING THINGS ABOUT HARVEST-ON-HUDSON IS THE LOUD MUSIC!!! We were there for dinner and were unable to carry on a conversation due to the decible level. When asked to have it turned down I was told that the owner liked it LOUD! In other words -- TOUGH! I doubt I will return
