I'm very sorry the owner returned to Japan and Sushi Man is closed. It was the best around.

An excellent sushi restaurant that serves clean, pure sushi, without the extra seasoning in the ricde or gimmicky makis. They also serve other great dishes that are hard to come-by in the area, such as hamachi-kama. Alas, last I checked, the restaurant was closed for good - a sad occurrence given that this was one of my favorite restaurants.

Authentic sushi; best quality in Westchester. Very fresh - expertly crafted. Great emphasis on the details.. the rice, the presentation. Sit at the sushi bar and ask for the chef to do whatever he likes... you won't be disappointed. Also, once you've gone there a couple of times, they treat you like family. Great place. Best Sushi in Westchester.
