Hickory Ski Center is located at 43 Hickory Hill Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885 in Warren County. This winter 2009-2010 there will be snow-making on the lower mountain; there is a larger beginner area accompanied by the new surface lift, much like a tubing lift. And with two new groomers the upper mountain can be groomed too, although Hickory will still offer the ungroomed steeps and bumps that many seek out.

Hickory Ski Center captures the essence of skiing and riding with an above average percentage of black and double black Diamond trails, along with intermediate and beginner terrain. Riders are able to enjoy 213-acres of terrain on 19 trails, with two Poma Lifts and a T-Bar. Hickory has also been historically known for its glade skiing and as a popular spot for telemark skiers.

Skiers and riders will enjoy a newly refurbished family friendly lodge, updated and reliable lifts, pristinely groomed beginner and intermediate trails, the same steep ungroomed expert trails the die hard locals remember along with wireless Wi-Fi, and a contemporary on line lift ticket purchasing system. 21 ‘Hickory Cabins’ will be available through Sinai Retreat right at the base of Hickory for families to enjoy a nice vacation or long weekend away.
