Distilling 101, Learning How It's Made "We try to schedule our distilling on the weekends, so our customers can see how we make Core Vodka. In addition to learning how we make our award-winning vodka, we enjoy answering any questions we can about distilled spirits. A tour does not need to be scheduled in advance.
