Our auction house specializes in Americana sales, these are always catalogued which means each item sells in a specific order and each item is described, measured, and it's value estimated. We have found that having a catalog is a very useful tool for our customers.
We also conduct annual specialty auctions including our antique bicycle auction, which is the largest of its kind and draws people to Columbia County from around the United States and abroad, and our annual textile auction.

Undermountain Golf Course is located at 274 Under Mountain Road, Copake, NY 12516. Located in scenic Columbia County, Undermountain Golf Course features views of both the Taconic Range of the Berkshire Mountains to the east and the Catskill Mountains to the west. Undermountain is a nine-hole executive yardage course which offers alternate tees for a back nine. The small and meticulously maintained greens and narrow fairways offer a challenging layout for the accomplished golfer, yet are non-threatening to the novice.
