Central Valley Golf Club is located at 206 Smith Clove Road, Central Valley, NY 10917. This extremely hilly course is too demanding to walk. The tree-lined fairways are narrow, and the small greens are fast. There's not much water coming into play, but there are numerous sand bunkers. Originally constructed and open to the public in 1922, Central Valley was redesigned in 1968 by architect Hal Purdy to an 18-hole facility. In recent years, new tees and greens were added to enhance the course layout.
Set against the backdrop of the Northern Ramapo Mountains, this par 70 course offers a challenging test of golf skills as well as breathtaking scenery. Located just 1 hour north of Manhattan, Central Valley Golf Club features a fully stocked golf shop, lessons, memberships, seasonal weekend tee times as well as locker rooms and a Bar/Grill Room to relax in after your round.
