One of the best ice skating centers in the region is located at the Windham Mountain Adventure Park on South Street, just 1/8 of a mile west of the ski area. Right next to the snow tubing area, you'll find a 120' x 60' skating area and a warming center complete with skate rentals.
With 46 trails, four terrain parks, a half-pipe, a jib park and a 1,600 feet vertical drop on two mountain peaks, you may want to take a break at the Wheel House Restaurant mid-mountain and enjoy a hearty, warm lunch or just stop to enjoy the indoor fireplace. For non-skiers, boarders, and avid skiers; Windham Mountain Adventure Park offers snow tubing as a perfect way to maximize your winter fun. The tubing hill boasts multiple lanes on a grin-inducing 650 foot slope with three chairlifts available.
If your children aren’t quite ready for the slopes, the Children's Learning Center offers supervised indoor care and entertainment to keep young minds engaged and happy. Christman's Windham House is located at 5742 Route 23, Windham, NY 12496 in Greene County. This 18-hole mountain style course and restaurant are set on 300 acres of lush lawn and woodland. Stanley Christman was the arhitect for Christman's Windham House which was opened to public in 1962. Surrounding the historic inn, five Colonial-style buildings accommodate guests in modern facilities while preserving the setting's rural charm.

The course is scenic and challenging. The blue tees rate a modest 70.4 with a slope of 120. At 6005 yards, the course plays tougher than expected. Women, seniors and juniors love the forward tees at 4651 yards; the rating is 69.2 with a slope of 112.
