Village of Tarrytown
The Village of Tarrytown is a total of 5.7 square miles and is one of six villages in the Town of Greenburgh, located in Westchester, New York. Tarrytown resides on the banks of the Hudson River to its west; Sleepy Hollow to its north; and Irvington to its south. The Tappan Zee Bridge crosses the Hudson River to/from Tarrytown where it carries the New York State Thruway (Interstates 87 & 287) across the Hudson River from Westchester County to Rockland County. Tarrytown Village Hall is approximately 26.4 miles to midtown Manhattan (measured to Rockefeller Plaza). Tarrytown is one of the Rivertowns of Westchester and the Hudson River Valley.
